At Sumac Studios, each piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow time for both creation and delivery when placing your order. 

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer shipping across Australia via trusted postal services.

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch
Express shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your items journey.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure a timely delivery, Sumac Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.
