Returns & Exchanges
At Sumac Studios, each necklace is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using natural stones, pearls and carefully selected material. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in colour, shape and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in creating every piece. If your necklace arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

If your piece is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons we cannot accept returns on;

• Items that have been worn
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear
• Sale or clearance items, unless require under Australian Consumer Law

How to Start a Return
Please email us at hello@sumacstudios.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions for returning your item once your request has been reviewed.
